    Thumbs up Ok! I'm starting over!*again*

    Yes, I better....I am out of breath, just walking *down* the stairs! LOL

    Here's what I will try to do:

    Walk 30 minutes a day.

    Reduce fat and salt intake.

    Eat lots of veggies and some fruits.

    Drink lots of water!

    Keep a daily journal.

    Lucie, I'm right with you. I'm starting over also and plan on sticking with it this time.

    One of my goals is to go completely off my b/p pills (with my physician's approval first of course).

    So lets do this together!!

    Ok after all the hectic last 3 wks I've had I'm ready to start again. I have'nt been able to walk on the treadmill and I feel it, I will admit it felt good to get on it again today but I'm having to start again like I haven't been on it.
