How about our weight lost goals for the month of April
I'm determined to stick with my weight loss program and so I've set some goals for April.
- to walk every day. If there is a day I can't walk, to get on my excersise bike and bike for 1/2 hr.
- to lose 8 lbs. in the month of April.
- to eat no junk food
- to eat less at my meals.
How about everyone else. What are your LFL goals for the month of April.
Lets write them down and see at the end of the month where are weaknesses lie and where we had success.

Mine is to keep walking 3 miles a day and by the middle of april increase to 4 miles. (also increase the sunday walk from one mile to 2) and to increase the warm up time also.
Work on abs at least 3 times a week.
Loss I am so depressed with my losses (or lack of) that i am only going to set for 5 lbs. and not get discouraged if it doesn't happen.
Drink way more water.
Eat less and really really watch portions
No buying ANY OREOS no matter how cheap they are this month.

Drink the water that I am supposed to drink.
Go to Curves at least 2 times a week. (I have definately, been slipping here!) And then do my WATP tapes in between.

How is everyone doing with their April goals.
- I've been walking everyday and increasing the time and length of each walk.
- Yesterday I did 4.2 miles on my excersise bike along with a nice long walk.
- junk food (haven't quite met that yet, although I only bought one bag of Cheetios this month so far)
- smaller meals (again need to work on this a bit, but its getting better).

You are doing good CJ!
Well, I've been eating healthier and no desserts.
I have not been drinking enough water and I have not been walking everyday...but it's ok, because I know I will start soon...the nice sunny weather is arriving here in Quebec!

I start my running clinic tomorrow, so I am on my way, whether I like it or not!
I have been sticking to my journalling pretty faithfully and drinking the water, but I need to work on getting to the gym for weight training...I have only gone once!
