Heidi Klum's Boot Camp for Bikini Season
http://www.ivillage.com/diet/feature...420432,00.html
I thought this was really neat!
You can go through just one time or repeat a lot to make it a long workout too. You can use weights, or you can go without
I really want to try this~ it looks fun, especially the 'Platypus Walks'
If you try it let us know what it was like

I did this today! It was great! I did omit the lunges section because mine are already too 'bulky'. I also didn't do the one with the step, i just skipped to the triceps kickback.
I did add in some of my own favorite toning exercises to make up for the time lost with what I ommitted
The platypus and squat thrusts were fun and I could really feel the burn with those!
The donkey kick had confusing instructions to me, so I just looked at the photo demo instead. I didn't see the hydrant move in the demo though, so don't forget that one if you just follow that .
Oh, and I only repeated this once after I did it the first time, and I was sweating before I was done the second time
I did stretch my quads, hamstrings, calves and arms afterwards ---and I feel great!

I really like the link, BUT bikini season is permanently over for me. LMAO
I liked the exercises though and the demos are great. If you'd like to help support Frugal Living by Sara Noel, my syndicated column, e-mail, write, or call the managing editor at your local newspaper and ask them to publish it in print or online.
