    Talking in the past 4 months.............

    In the past four months since my last Dr visit(after my car accident) I have officially lost 16 pounds HOLY COW!! I have not been able to lose weight in almost 6 years and finally its starting to come off wahoooooooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am going to keep working towards losing another 40 at least.I was doing Weight watchers,too much pressure,started just cutting back and eating healthier and now I am reading "MAke the Connection"Oprahs plan.LOL MAybe something will work. Thanks for letting me share!
