Default Has anyone used a glider exercise Machine

I saw one of these the other day and they look interesting. My walking is going great, but I think I really would like either a stationary bike or a glider.

So what do you think? This is one of the ones I am considering:

They sure make it look easy on the infomercials. I'd prefer a stationary bike myself or a stairmaster.

It would probably take me forever to figure the thing out. Can't help you on that one.

I love my stationary bike. I purchased it at Walmart and its a Vitamaster. Its comfortable and easy to use.

I used one, but didn't know about the resistance (it wasn't mine so never figured it all out) It was pretty much a fun ride, not a workout for me. But if it really did have good resistance I can see it being a decent workout.

NOT worth the money unless you need EXTRA places to drape your clothing! It puts too much pressure on the knees!, not enough resistance and way to easy to do the exercises WRONG! JMHO. I had one but sold it in a yard sale
