I finally hit 20 lbs. lost, so on Sat. I'll be picking up another silk flower. I'm now on my way to 30.
This is hard work, but it sure is worth it.

Congratulations. You deserve it! You have lost a lot. You've worked so hard at treating your body better too. I am so close to letting go of meat too. You are such an inspiration.

Well done C.J.
- I must have missed it somewhere, but I assume you get flowers for losing weight? I think that's a neat idea!
I'm really proud of you! As you know my only problem with weight is in the opposite direction but it is hard for me to eat and even harder to stop smoking, so I do know that you must have worked REALLY hard. I hope you are feeling better for it too.
WELL DONE - You REALLY deserve it.
Keep at it.

Bev, at every 10 lbs. I lose, I purchase a silk flower. At 50 lbs. I get the crystal vase to put it in. At my goal weight, I'm rewarding myself with a trip.
