I have Winsor Pilates and it is good, just don't start with the advanced body sculpting one that comes in the pack. It took me some time to work up to that one because my body seemed so tight. My body ached for days..lol!

I would suggest either the Winsor Pilates or the Stott Method Pilates videos. I bought mine online at collagevideo.com and I know Target carries the Stott Method. Just be sure to take it slow, otherwise you can injure yourself if you're not careful. Remember not to strain your neck!
Good luck,
Gina

Denise Austin has a pilates tape that I think would be good for beginners. It's been a long time since I've done that video, but I did like it. I have the Stott Pilates tapes and I can hardly stand to watch them. I just have no interest. I think the Winsor pilates look great but I've never tried them.
