    Talking I got off my butt & did something!!

    I actually went & played tennis with my son today. While Jack & Nicole played some serious sets, Mark & I hit the ball back & forth for an hour & 1/2! Got a little too much sun, and I'm sure I'll be sore tomorrow but I got out there and did. Going to do it again next week too. It felt good!
