LFL milestones
I created some images to be used as weightloss milestones. I'd like to do something a bit more special for the larger milestones, but this is what I have so far. Special thanks to CJ for bringing this idea up, so I could get motivated to adding them.
If you've hit a milestone, you can add one to your signature. I have them made up to 45 pounds lost.
Here's a sample one for 5lbs.
If you'd like to help support Frugal Living by Sara Noel, my syndicated column, e-mail, write, or call the managing editor at your local newspaper and ask them to publish it in print or online. It's internationally syndicated through Universal Uclick. Thank you for supporting Frugal Village.

To add them into your signature you go into your usercp and profile and add image tags. So like this:

but don't put the little space after the "g" in imgIf you'd like to help support Frugal Living by Sara Noel, my syndicated column, e-mail, write, or call the managing editor at your local newspaper and ask them to publish it in print or online. well, this sure will give me a little reward to work for! I can't wait to add my first 5 lb heart!!

OK, I've managed to lose five pounds more or less by accident. (Actually it fluctuates between four and seven pounds lost... depending on what time of the month it is!)
I'm getting back on board so I can move up to the double-digit hearts-- "showing off" our loss is a great motivator!
Today I added my LFL weightloss baby, too.

I just wanted to say thanks to everyone for the motivation on this site. I am really pumped up about losing weight and getting in shape this year. I can already feel a difference in my clothes! Just since last week!
