I created some images to be used as weightloss milestones. I'd like to do something a bit more special for the larger milestones, but this is what I have so far. Special thanks to CJ for bringing this idea up, so I could get motivated to adding them.
If you've hit a milestone, you can add one to your signature. I have them made up to 45 pounds lost.
Here's a sample one for 5lbs.

To add them into your signature you go into your usercp and profile and add image tags. So like this:

but don't put the little space after the "g" in img

well, this sure will give me a little reward to work for! I can't wait to add my first 5 lb heart!!

OK, I've managed to lose five pounds more or less by accident. (Actually it fluctuates between four and seven pounds lost... depending on what time of the month it is!)

I'm getting back on board so I can move up to the double-digit hearts-- "showing off" our loss is a great motivator!

Today I added my LFL weightloss baby, too.

Wow I am working on loosing 40 plus Lbs and then going to 45 plus lbs and then 50 plus lbs and so on till I loose close to if not at 112 Lbs Total before I reach the weight I need to be at .
I will hopefully keep it off for good.

i know i'm rather quiet about my LFL goals/progress... but i do keep a notebook of everything i do/eat/etc...

i wanted to share my recent goal however of running 3 times a week for a month and have not just noticed clothes not fitting *giggle* cuz they're too big, but other clothes i havent been able to wear now fitting. :cheer4:

i'm feeling lots more energy and am happy i'm able to get back out there and run again.

winter time here where i live is not conducive to outdoor activity.
