Windsor Pilates

Has anyone tried these before? I almost bought them off of an infomercial at 5am this morning!!! But just when I was about to give my credit card number I thought that I better check in with you guys first!!!

Windsor Pilates is just the name of this particular DVD but I'm sure there are others. Can you recommend any to me? Thanks.

I have tried pliates before and they are hard! They will definately gove you a good workout. Good Luck!

I have the Winsor Pilates videos. It's a great workout, just be sure to take it slow in the beginning. I still can't do all the moves!! I try to do 20 minutes of Pilates 3 times a week, and I feel great afterwards.

I bought the same pilates off an infomercial a while back, the Windsor Pilates. I had no problem ordering and receiving them. Do them slowly until you work your way up. They really are a good workout!

I have tried denise austins pilates and kathy smiths pilates. I LOVE the Kathy Smith ones! And luckily my dh was able to get the dvd's for only 7$ each!

You girls are tempting me to buy off an infomercial!!!

I'll look around at the stores a little before I purchase on line to see what I can find. I'll let you know what I come up with.

oh and I know that I"ve seen the windsor pilates set at target, so don't forget to check that out if it might be cheaper that way

I wish I had checked the price of that now!

I just got Winsor Pilates - I've only done it a few times, but I absolutely love it. Of course, other pilates videos may be just as good...

Katie & I do Pilates (yes, the infomercial ones!!) and love them! There's still some moves that I don't think I could've pulled off when I was 8 but I'm trying!!

They really are a good, "all-over-type" workout!

Forgot to tell you to check out collagevideo.com, they have just about every video made, you can even watch a clip of the video to see what its like. Also, I've called the customer service number and asked what they recommend, I tell them what I'm looking for, my experience, etc. So far, they've been right on target!

Daphne, I forgot to tell you about the BeachBody/Power 90 workout....I have these too! They're "thorough" - if you get my drift!! I don't know if the site that Gina mentioned have these, but it's a good "infomercial" workout set too!
