LFL weigh ins
I haven't done a weigh in, in forever it seems.
I plan to start them up again, so we can get the weekly thread going again.
I've been doing pretty well with weightloss. I started to get more focused about a month ago. I cut out all junk snacks and pop. I'm not a huge snacker, but apparently enough of one because I'm losing!
I am not going fanatical about it though. I've had french fries and I'm not going to pout over it. I can say that I tried some pop over the weekend and was gagging. It's way too sweet!
I haven't been working out like I would like to, but I will. I miss how good I felt after my workouts. Having to start out slow again is frustrating, but I have to start somewhere.
Ok, this post is turning into a confession. lol
Just wanted to say I will be weighing in on Mondays.
I'm down two pounds this week. 3 more and I can get a new heart icon.

I'm plateauing. I've been the same weight for 3 weeks now. I need to "step it up" somehow. I am looking forward to weighing in next Monday.
