    Default LFL weigh in 9/21-9/27

    I'm so psyched. I've hit a new milestone. 20 pounds down! I can't believe it! It's starting to come off just from cutting snacks and pop. I haven't been exercising because I don't want to add it in until I hit a plateau and that ought to give me a good boost.

    I'm a happy girl.

    The best thing is that I am not even craving snacks at all. I just decided that there isn't a snack out there worth looking and feeling like I was. Water is my new best friend.

    Congratulations on the 20 lbs. I'm so proud of you.

    I had to get back on track so I'll post my weight loss the end of the week.

    Congrats to you!!! That is great. I seem to keep teeter tottering back and forth with the same few initial pounds off. I must confess though that I am still eating some junk even though I have cut back and I am not exercising on a regular basis - still trying to work that in my schedule.
