    Arrow What a workout!!!

    We left here at 2:30 and took the kids to the park, but dh got the brilliant idea to climb the hills to go to the tower (sand dunes) and that this old lady should come along.

    We got half way to the top and Michael decided he didn't want to continue on and almost knocked dh over, thus almost falling on me. Well we then had to get back down, so down we went, everyone on the seat of their pants.

    They then decided we'd take the longer way, with a slower incline, but a steady climb to the top so that we could go into this tower.

    Well I found out just how out of shape I am. I thought with the walking I've been doing and the biking I was improving, but after today, boy do I need to do more.

    Overall though it was fun and I can now say I climbed sand dunes, although didn't quite make it to the top. Oh yea, you should see the back of my pants from sliding down!!!!!

    LOL! I can just picture the domino effect as you all knocked each other down! Thanks for making me laugh tonight- I needed that!

    And as for being out of shape, you were knocked down, literally , and you still had the energy to get back up and climb again-- sounds like you're doing pretty good to me!

    You did better than I would have. My clan would have had to be pushing, pulling and packing this old mom both up and down the sand dune!!!!
