I'm Going To Start Posting When I Exercise!
One thing I really struggle with is exercise. I figure if I start posting it in my signature how many hours I have exercised it will make me more accountable!
I thought I'd post how many hours I have exercised as sometimes I am on the bike, sometimes I go for a walk or sometimes I go to the gym. I really should check out my windsor pilates video. Does anyone use that?
So who would like to join me in posting how many hours they have exercised????

sounds like a great idea!!
Are you going to do a weekly tally or just an indefinate running tally?
I've done pilates, just not the windsor videos, and i really like them, it makes me feel tighter and I see more definition in my muscles when I'm done with a workout.

I was thinking of a indefinate tally. Every time I work out I record it. It seems to motivate me.

I'm in on this, but I'm planning to post miles like CJ. I just got an almost new exercise bike for FREE and I have a treadmill, so I want to keep track of how far I go.

I was thinking of doing it the way cj does it but then the trips to the gym and my walks wouldn't count and want them to count!!!

I exercied for one hour today. 15 min on the bike and a 45 min walk. I am going to put it in my siggy right now.
