LFL weigh in Jan 4-10
Well you may have noticed I didn't weigh in for a month. lol
I gained and lost back and forth since Thanksgiving. I ate so many things that I shouldn't have, but really tried to make a huge effort to not go too overboard. My loss could have been better and I know this, but am proud to say I lost 5 pounds this past month. I had an entire pie here at Christmas and felt like I HAD to eat some so it didn't go to waste. Well, I had one small piece and threw the rest away. (not that wasting food is good, but at least I didn't eat the whole thing)
I tried on my pre-pregnancy jeans and I can put them on. They are tight, but I can get them on. I'm really motivated now.If you'd like to help support Frugal Living by Sara Noel, my syndicated column, e-mail, write, or call the managing editor at your local newspaper and ask them to publish it in print or online. Good for you Sara! I'd be motivated by those jeans too.
I'm not going to post my weight but since I went to the doc's Friday, I have my starting point. I'll be going back at the beginning of April for a 3 mo. check up. I hope to see at least a 10 lb. difference by then.

Way to go gals!!
I start WW on Tuesday. I am going to wipe out my LFL heart and base it on my starting at WW. I am excited about this.
I have been drinking more water and getting in more fruits and veggies the last week.
