Idea for my elliptical exercise machine

OK I am not yet up to a big time on it like a full half hour, so my idea is this. I parked the thing behind the big comfy chair, in direct line of view of TV.

My favourite show is on, and I"m thinking do the elliptical aerobic thing in the 5 minute commercial breaks,

and rest in between to watch my show.

Those of you who know me well, will recognize this variation on my 5 minute commercial break housekeeping.

Later I can do the whole Um HOG as it were!

Margery I did the same thing with my bike. Its where I can watch tv when Oprah is on. When I started biking, I started at 5 minutes as well and slowly increased it every other day. It worked great for me.

That's so great that you have one. I'd love one myself. I think that's a great idea starting out with commercials. That really adds up.

I do 15 minutes here and there on my housework too. It makes it much easier for me.

I have my treadmill set up behind the couch, facing the TV, makes it much more enjoyable to take those walks....
