I have been doing a modified Atkins diet. I am presently going to try to jump start my weight loss (I need to lose another 10) by following the South beach diet. Anybody doing this or want to do this with me?
The South Beach diet is a lot more balanced than the Atkins....as much as I love the Atkins diet . It teaches the difference between good and bad carbs. The author is a cardiologist who came into fame by accident. People are swearing by this diet. It looks like something I can live with for the rest of my life. It allows the good carbs and help people identify the "bad" carbs. I hope to read the book I just got and follow it. It's a pretty hot thing here.
