    Exclamation LFL weigh-in, March 29 - Apr. 3rd

    We haven't done this for quite some time, so I thought it would be fun to once again start doing it. I been on hold for quite some time.

    I've been doing Dr. Phil's rapid weight loss program and this past week lost 7 lbs. Woo hoo!!!

    I'm eating well, but eating the right foods and the right size meals. Three meals a day and 2 snacks. I'm loving this.

    Sarted at 225 over 2 mo. using Dr. Phils 7 keys I was down 5lbs. after the last few weeks of moving and eating at fast food quite a bit I decided it was time to weigh in and get back on the right track. And I was down 4 more lbs a total of 9! Now when I cut out the fast food again it should just melt off! (that is me dreaming )

    I went to my meeting last night and lost another pound, total 18 pounds.

    I am starting Dr. Phil's rapid weight loss plan to give myself a boost......for 14 days. I will start this on Thursday.

    The pounds don't seem to be coming off at all. I have lost some inches though. I guess it is all the stress in my life right now. I am trying to jump start it. Maybe after I stop PMSing, I won't crave the chocolate and I can get something going. I have just been craving snacks lately. I don't know what is going on with me. I have had such a hard time lately sticking to eating the right stuff.

    I've lost 8 pounds and 2% body fat since the first of the year!!!! I am so proud of myself....I feel so much better and my clothes fit better....I am finally starting to get back into my pre-pregancy clothes!!

    Me and ds are taking daily walks around the neighborhood when we can and I am eating better! I have really cut out the sweets and junk food.

    Since the beginning of Lent, I've lost 9 pounds - I know that's nothing more than tons of fluid at Beaumont & the lack of M&Ms!!

    I'm going full-tilt into the 900/30 thing today (?) I hope....

    I'm going to continue with the fluid intake....

    I'm trying really hard not to notice that I have about 12 pounds of M&Ms sitting in my desk right now & that Lent is only another week & a ½!

    OH! Guess what?!?! I was trying to find something to wear to church this morning & grabbed a pair of slacks that my in-laws bought for me last February ('03) (kind of got them by default, they wouldn't take no for an answer so I grabbed these two pair of slacks and we left) --- after they had gone back home I tried them on - or tried to try them on --- NO WAY were these pants going over those hips! I intended to take them back but never asked for the receipt - WELL - I grabbed them this morning & they fit like they were made for me!! Even GW told me they looked nice!

    Everyone is doing great!
    The scale hasn't budged for me in the past 2 weeks but that's OK. I'm hanging in there & you'll hear me hollering when it goes down. So I'm still 15lbs lost since February.

    Hey Corny, I had one of those old fashioned baby carriages & I actually wore the rubber off the tires from walking all over & had to get new ones.
    Great way to get some exercise.

    I lost 2 pounds!!! The scale did not budge for me last week, but I am really happy with this weeks total!!
