    Talking I'm just so happy!

    Today is my first doctors visit since I made a major lifestye change in the way I eat & exercise. Well according to their scale with clothes on I'm down 13 lbs and my blood pressure is so way down!!! I can't remember when my pressure was this low. The doc & I are going to see what happens when I faze out part of my bp meds and he say's if I keep on keeping on I may be med free!

    Last time I lost weight I did it with meds. It made it so much easier but this time it's is all on my own. All me. I am so very proud of myself I could pop! It's all about choices & I have to make better ones for my health & my future. Nobody else can do it for me, I have to do it for me. And I'm doing it!!!
