    Default Announcing!!!...

    That I have gone from 226 to 207. I have not even really tried that hard, just cut out the extra eating, drink more water than Pepsi, and rarely eat late anymore. Where the heck do I find and put a 10 pound heat in my siggy? Soon to be twenty too I might add!

    The best part is that I have gone from a size 18 to a 16! Man this feels great!
