Time to check the girls as flylady says once a month!
Thought I'd just add in a reminder to do your breast self exams. Pop it on the calendar for the week after your period if you still get those (heheheheh I'm FREEEEEE AT LAST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)

oh yes, back to the Breast Self Exam, not your bra!!!
