Talking Healthy Heart Tip! (I knew it all along!)

Anyone remember that "Real Age" link that Laci posted here?!
Well - I signed up for their tips & this was the tip of the day in my inbox this morning!!
No wonder I'm so doggone healthy!

    Eat Chocolate for Your Heart

Getting a daily helping of chocolate may be one of the sweetest ways to help your heart.
Research shows that eating foods that are rich in catechin antioxidants, such as dark chocolate, may lower your risk of ischemic heart disease.
To keep saturated fat intake low, however, limit yourself to one small piece of dark chocolate per day and supplement with other catechin-rich foods that are low in fat, such as apples and tea.

I'm going to be the party pooper here. Did you read this part? Limit yourself to one small piece per day. Now Deb, ummmmm, did you read that part girl?

I think we need to decide how small is small.

Margery, vitamins That is too funny!!

My definition of a small piece of chocolate is anything smaller than a king sized candy bar!!!!

Oooooh! I LOVE dark chocolate! I should have the healthiest heart this side of the Mississippi!

Chalk up another vote for "small = less than a King size candy bar!" Sounds good to me!
Nothing can taste as good as being thin will feel.

OK, that king sized Snickers bar in the freezer may not make it through the night intact!
