We rarely get colds or flu and we take vitamins every day so our medicine chest only contains paracetamol, cough drops, CoQ10 and emu oil.
Good to see you on the emu oil too, country bumpkin, it's like a miracle oil.
I'm also on a wheat grass drink every day.

All I have is generic advil. I try not to take any medicines becuase they really upset my stomach. Plus, I can't take pills well.
I've recently started taking those vitamin packet from Trader Joe's that are like Emergen-C (but they have more vitamins).
