    Default Bruising??Missing supplement?

Does anyone happen to remember what vitamin or supplement you are missing when you bruise very easily - big huge black and blue bruises from a very minor incident . My legs look like a war zone!!

I use Arnica gel and dots (that's what we call them). Not sure what vitamin or mineral you could be lacking

Kimmee, bruising can also be caused by things you take - like aspirin and gingko.

Bruising is also a sign of Vitamin C deficiency. Humans do not make their own vitamin C and it has to be replaced on a daily basis. And it is really hard to get it from fruit alone. I usually take 1/2 teaspoon of ascorbic acid powder mixed in water daily.
