    Default Had a Dr's appt Wednesday

    Just a recheck on my thyroid.My blood work came back fine and he said right now the levels were near perfect and I was on the right dosage.*bout time*
    I also told him about my elbow hurting and was told it was either tenndinitis (sp) or arthritis.He said take aleve when needed.

    I also mentioned not sleeping very well and he gave me Ambien...That stuff kicked my butt!!! Knocked me out cold and I slept 12 hours...and still didn't wanna get up!

    I've had that prescribed for me too Tammy, I just never took it. I use Tylenol PM when I need something, as 99% of the time I can't sleep because I hurt somewhere.

    I have taken tylenol pm--got up to 4 a night
    Unisom--2 a night
    Melatonin-3 a night

    (not all in the same night lol)



    I thought I should mention it to him because I was having to take so much then only sleeping a few hours. I feel more rested but still feel sluggish today,like I needed MORE sleep!

    I have been on Ambien before too. knocked my butt out too. glad to hear that things are evening out for your meds.
