    Default Paxil Settlement

settlement has been reached in a class action lawsuit against GlaxoSmithKline on behalf of consumers, insurers and Employee Welfare Benefit Plans, including some governments, (“third party payors”) who paid for the prescription drug, Paxil® or its generic equivalent, paroxetine.
You can submit a claim form at this time to ask for a cash payment from the settlement fund. To do so, download, print out and complete a Consumer Claim Form (see list of PDF documents appearing in the right-hand column) or call the toll-free number to request a claim form and mail it to the Claims Administrator no later than April 15, 2005.

Thanks! I submitted for my dear brother who was on this crap for 6 months until I informed him of how deadly this stuff is. He had a very hard time coming off from it Electric brain shocks etc. He is doing well now and takes strictly alternatives and eats well.

Yeah and if the lawyers have their way, everyone will get about $15 of the billion $ suit. ( I HATE class action suits, it really rips off the people who are injured)

The suit has nothing to do with the effects of the drug.

If you click on detailed notice in the right had corner, it tells on page 3 what the lawsuit is about. I tryed to copy it, but couldn't.

I totally agree about the lawyers!!

I was a claimant in the Dalkon Shield class action in the 1980s and 90s. I eventually received just over US $100,000 but it took about ten years to get it.
