Fat Flush Plan
Has any one tried it? Still on it? Did it work for you? Any thing else you want to tell me about it.
Is the cran water icky, or the flax oil?

Flax seed oil is definately an acquired tast -- I have it on salads now - that fat flush diet didn't "happen" for me - I was ravenous by 8:00 pm and my cats were looking pretty nervous

I decided to give it a go. I an not offically in phase one yet, i am starting one or 2 bits at a time. I am almost there and I think the offical start will be this weekend.
I started with the hot lemon water, then added the cran water, last weekend I started the food part of the plan in cluding the flax oil (the hardest part for me) and I will start the long life cocktail this weekend. I have been taking a vit. for a while so that will stay the same. I might add a primrose oil or currant oil.
BUT I must say since I started with the lemon water I have lost 9lbs. Since I started the food portion I have lost 3lbs. Which is what is keeping me on the new foods I am eating. I really want sweets but seeing 3 lbs gone helps me stay stronge untill the cravings go away.
