Getting back on track
I did so well at the first of the year and then ....... well it didn't go well. Starting tomorrow I'm getting back on track. I'm determined to take this weight off and keep it off. I'm determined to get back to excersising every day for at least 30 minutes. I'm determined to get focused and post about it here once again.

Me! I need to start exercising again. I'm at a major plateau and know that I need to tone up and workout again. My walk away the pounds videos are dusty! lol
I'd love to lose some more before summer hits again or at least just tone up.If you'd like to help support Frugal Living by Sara Noel, my syndicated column, e-mail, write, or call the managing editor at your local newspaper and ask them to publish it in print or online. Me! Me! Me! I have vowed to take some weight off and I planned on starting the 1st of the new year. I have already started my game plan. No more soda in this house! I have gotten in to the habit lately of buying it again!

Michelle, Pepsi is a killer here too. We had stopped for awhile but it goes on sale and then we buy some. It will be the first to go.

I'm back on the wagon again too. I need to take off some of this weight before our trip next month and then much more by the time summer hits.

I'd like to get the remainder of my goal knocked out in 2005 and keep it off. I lost what I have so far by working outside on the homestead (gardening, cutting trees/limbs and hauling them to the road, etc. - in other words....... sweating like crazy). There's plenty more to be done outside (and with the pepper trees which are an invasive species it will be an ongoing job) so I hopefully will be able to shed the rest easily.

Me too!! I must get back on track--was doing good for a while, then I fell off the wagon.
My goal is 30 minutes of exercise a day--no matter what!

Cj, that is why I buy it. It goes on sale and then it is also a convience drink. Just grab a can on the go. The pounds started coming along too!

I'll join. We are taking a cruise to Mexico in April and I want to take off 15 lbs by then. Is that doable?

I've gave it some thought. I didn't reply right away when I read the post, because I didn't know if I could actually go through with it again...but I decided to humbly give it a try, again. I know it won't be easy for me. I am dealing with alot of bad emotions of having all gained back the weight and more that I had lost....
So here I go again...
I have so much weight to lose I am embarassed to say for now. But I'll take it a day at a time...

Boy, I wish I could even lose a few pounds. I need to consistently use my treadmill every day and I need to stop snacking. With three kids in the house, I find myself preparing food and snacking constantly! And, maybe cut back on portions and second helpings.

Boy I am sooooo in - I have to lose weight - I have needed to for a while but BMI score just crested into "overweight" so now I have to - plus my Good Cholesterol score is down ( low cholesterol overall but the only wayto increase the "good Cholesterol is through exercise
)

I'll say I'm in but to be completely honest..I'm not good at losing weight or sticking to a diet. If I were,I wouldn't be overweight huh?! lol
I did ask Steve to get the treadmill out of his shop for me,and he did that today. Of course,I didn't get on it
I need to start by drinking more water. I have always drank a lot of water but the last 6 months or so,I haven't been drinking as much as I should.
I need to cut fast food out. I've done extremely well with this so far,but there are weeks we still eat out.
Sweets..Another thing that has to go. I don't eat A LOT but I do eat sweets. At least everyday I'm grabbing something sweet. I'll work at this gradually and not just cold turkey. Or find some low calorie or fat free treat. And of course, fruit never killed anyone lol
All I can think of right now.....
