    Default Makeup tip on Mascara

    Mascara woes solved!!

    To avoid globs of mascara crusting up your eyes, apply a coat of clear
    (or tinted is fine too, but the clear tends to be more sheer) brow
    groomer onto lashes, and before it dries, sweep on a coat of mascara.
    The liquidness of the brow gel helps the mascara go on smoother.
