    Smile Brag about yourself

    C'mon, I know you must have something to share!

    What did you resist today? Did you drink more water today than yesterday? Walk a little bit further? Push yourself a little harder while exercising?

    I did 2 things that I'm proud of: I resisted a brownie for dessert, I love brownies and decided to have a yogurt instead. And, I exercised tonight, even though I was tired and had paperwork to do.

    Yesterday I got my brand new (bought for this very purpose) backpack on and walked to town and back. It's about a mile to town but it's ALL uphill on the way back. I carried 1kg carrots, 2.5kg potatoes plus mushrooms, peppers, quorn and a few other things, only on the way back, I bought them in town! LOL.

    Furthermore, I then cooked and ate the vegetables that I'd bought! That has to be a good thing.

    Today..hmmm not so good as yet, I ate some fruit and did some housework I think that's as far as it's going to go.

    Today I resisted the spaghetti and garlic bread that was on the menu at school. It is really good, but I thought I better stick to what I brought which was less calories.
