    Kimmee,
I have done Winsor Pilates in the past and I love them! I need to get back to doing them again. My friend who is a stuntwoman, swimsuit designer and now is into fitness competitions swears by Winsor Pilates and yoga.

Kimmee have you tried ebay or half.com?

I've never done pilates, but I would like to try it someday

I succombed to an infomercial and bought them I have seen them in stores locally though for less than $40. The reason I like Winsor Pilates is because they really stress keeping your body in the right form and give you a modified version of the exercises to do if you have back or neck problems ( and I do). I have never been hurt doing them and I have when trying other people's tapes. Mine are on DVD

    Hello you pilates "wannabees"!!!!

I guess I know what I'll be posting for some exercises!

Kimmee--pilates is awesome, lengthening and strengthening is the key. Always be careful not to strain your neck when you do the exercises (speaking from experience!).

Try ebay for the videos. Collagevideo.com has a lot of Winsor videos for sale. I think I even saw them on sale at Target--can't remember how much they were.

Kim, get those dvd's out and dust 'em off, c'mon, get up and go get them--you'll be using them soon

My total gym does the same thing as pilates. I used to do the pilates and really enjoyed them and the results, but then I decided to purchase a total gym and the results have been better than I expected. DD uses the total gym as well and has had tremendous results. She is a gymnast and is on high school competitive cheer. We both swear by this machine

I have the total gym too--the Chuck Norris one right? I need to use it more, hmm, maybe that's what I'll do tonight.
