    I like the Sweatin' to the Oldies videos too....the music is fun and it really doesn't feel like I'm "working out"

    OMG, we used to do the "Sweatin' to the Oldies" vids in my 6th grade PE class! It permanently seared the words to "It's My Party and I'll Cry If I Want To" on my brain, LOL.

    I like the Winsor Pilates DVDs. The 20 minute one is good for first thing in the morning or as a stretch down/bonus toning after a walk or trip to the gym. I still can't do the 55 minute one, though!
