    Talking Monday weigh in 1/17

    Here it is Monday already. Today is the day I have chosen to step up on the scale to monitor my progress. I haven't done measurements this week yet. Last week I had lost inches too...not much, but some.

    I have lost another 4 pounds.

    Total to date is 10 pounds!!!

    I am really excited and proud of myself for sticking with my plan. I know I can do it.

    So how is everyone else doing?

    WTG Mom23boys!

    This is my first time to report my weigh in here. I think I'll join you every Monday-if you guys don't mind. Today is my first day back on track. I'm doing Weight Watchers. And, today I weighed in at 158 lbs.

    Excellent! I'm so proud of you!

    Overall, I've lost 20 pounds and that's exactly what I needed to lose. I'm going to work on maintaining and toning now.

    2012 Goals
    Use the vegetables from my garden and learn to preserve.
    Cut down on all unnecessary things.
    Free is best.
    Get the garage completely cleaned out. Half done-Until BIL and SIL stored their stuff--now back to square 1.
    Make the yards nice-weed, mow, plant, flowerbeds,etc.
    Stay home more/eat out less if at all.
    FIND A NEW JOB!!!

    Everyone is doing great

    I'm working on toning and firming! Would love to lose a couple inches off my thighs!! I measured last week and will measure again next Monday.

    Everyone is doing great!!

    When I reach my goal, I plan to focus on toning. I am doing weights with the weight loss, but am focusing more on cardio right now.

    Michelle--how much cardio are you doing right now? I'm trying to get in 30 minutes a day--I'd be happy with 5 days a week. I know I have the time, just have to make myself do it!!!
