    Default LFL Check-In 1/17/05

    I've had 96 ounces of water so far, lots of fruits and veggies today And, I exercised, even though I really didn't want to. I feel good, stayed on track and am ready for another successful day tomorrow! How about you?

    I did my Tony Little exercise video this evening. Haven't drank any sodas just water!! I'm finally down a pound too. I measured this morning and I'm not sure but according to my last measurements on Jan. 9th, I've lost 4 1/4 inches. I'm thinking is that possible, but my clothes are definitely fitting more loose. So hopefully its accurate.
    The most important thing is that I feel better and I have definitely made a change. I am so thankful for this website, it has really ENCORAGED me to get in shape physically, mentally, and financially. This is just the beginning!! Hang in there everyone!!

    I always feel better when I've exercised and didn't want to - I always wonder though, when you do that do you have to be mentally engaged in what you're doing or every so often is it ok to just be going through the motions?

    Anyway, I have no clue how much water I've been drinking but I always have a glass on the go. I've been eating more fruit - this is a big thing for me as I used to work in a factory cutting up fruit and it kind of puts you off!

    I've been generally more active, as far as food goes though, it could be better, I've been eating veg in every meal, but we are getting very close to the end of the month so we're running out of stuff. (Luckily DH is at all day meetings until I get paid so he gets a hot lunch at least).

    So yeah, just plodding on, it's good to hear what everyone else is doing and I don't want to be the slacker!
