Today is going to be a wonderful day--I can feel it! I'm making a lot of progress so far this morning on odds-n-ends that I had to do. This afternoon, when I get home, I will walk for 30 minutes. And, of course, I'll be eating healthy today too

I am going to get back on track today. We had my sister in law and her family visit from Arkansas over the weekend so there was lots of eating. I am proud of myself though! I ate small portions, and even got up early yesterday morning and exercised on the gazelle before cooking them breakfast. French toast and muffins (chocolate chip and banana nut). I had only 1 piece of french toast w/ a tiny bit of syrup! I resisted the muffins, without even a second thougt! And chocolate chip are my favorite!! I drank water. Went to Chinese restaurant yesterday and I did really good, no dessert even. I just can't believe the changes that have happened for me.
We went shopping and I bought 2 pairs of jeans size *8*!! At the beginning of last year I was in a size *12* tight. I was so happy!! The best thing of all is that my younger sister is who lives in Oregon (I'm in Missouri) is doing this with me. She is 24 and very overweight. She has been diagnosed with pre-diabetes and poly cystic ovaries. Which I believe is weight related. She has started her lifestyle change and is doing Great!! She was drinking several sodas a day, and has completed cut them out and switched to water. She has been going to Jazzercise classes and walking. If I can help motivate her in any way that will just be wonderful!! She emailed me her weekly check in report and she has lost 2 pounds this past week. Anyway, sorry to rattle on but maybe this will inspire someone else to make some changes. If my sister and I can do it so can you!!

Coming to this site has encouraged me to start exercizing again. I was exercizing until last fall when the weather started getting to cold too walk outside and I started getting busy with the holidays. My jeans are getting tighter and tighter - I just bought new jeans a size bigger than I usually wear - not good
I did crunches using my resistance band today for the first time since then - baby steps - and I will drink lots of water today

Morning ladies!! Today is day 8 on my WW diet. Yesterday was an awful day. I didn't snack any, but the 3 meals I ate were too fattening, and the portions were too big. I do weigh in today, so I'll post that later. I'm so nervous!!!

    Good luck to everyone!!
