12 Weeks to Weightloss

The 12 Week Program designed to help you get started with cardio, strength training and to educate you about basic nutrition. The program provides 12 weeks worth of workouts (strength, cardio and flexibility), as well as nutrition assignments and motivational tips. Note: there are only 6 days of programming for each week (hey, we all need a rest day!).
