    Default Monday weigh in 1/31

    I hate to say it, but I didn't lose any weight this week. I did maintain what I did lose though. So no weight loss for me.

    I did lose inches.

    Here are my before and after measurements:

    Waist: 33-1/2" **** 32"
    Hips: 42" ********* 37-1/2"
    Arms: 13" ******** 12-1/2"
    Chest: 40-1/2" **** 39"
    Legs: 25" ******** 23-1/2"


    Some of them aren't significant, but I will take 1/2" any day!!

    I want to lose more in my arms. Any suggestions???

    Wow Michelle, you are doing great!!! Those hips are melting away! Good for you

    Arms....a tip I heard a long time ago and was supposed to work wonders. Raise your arm straight up above your head and then bring your hand down behind your head to the base of your neck, back up, down and keep doing them....you can feel the pull in the muscles in your arm....hope it helps. I do them sitting at the computer while I'm reading!
