I had heard it was good for ear infections and asthma, but I tried it(it helps to dissolve it in a teaspoon of Whiskey, oops I mean water.I bought the capsules but haven't tried them. I would follow that up with the elderberry liquid which I heard was good for viruses. Put it in a teaspoon of water and it takes the bite out of the alcohol. I was going to send it to my niece but after trying it told my sister to try the capsules.
