LFL Check-In 2/9/05
Who's going to have a great day? I am!!! Even though work has been extremely busy and I haven't had as much free time lately, I'm making sure I do some type of exercise each day--and I feel great afterwards.
I'm still drinking lots of water and eating healthy--although I still allow myself to have treats when I want them.

Well, I have a cold so I'm not getting much exercise done but I am still doing well on the food front - apart from that free box of creme eggs that is...
Have still been eating fruit, sipping water all day and making sure I have my 18g fibre and keeping my protein up, so not doing too badly. I've been trying to read up on nutrition a fair bit so I can do things properly.
Also DH bought me a hand blender last week so I'm going to start making smoothies for myself - I have assorted frozen berries so that should be a good treat (maybe even better than the creme eggs? I doubt it.
We're going to a wedding this saturday so I'm going to try my outfit on tonight and hope it fits, if it does I'll know that changes are happening!

Hi! I haven't posted in a few days, have had a cold. Just wanted to report I have lost a total of 6 pounds since January!!! I am the lowest weight I have been in probably 4 years. (After having 2 babies.)(I had lost 20 pounds last year on Atkins.) I am so excited! I need to step up my exercise. I am up to walking 2 miles when I do make it to the track. Have only been going one day a week, I know that's not cutting it. I started classes, and then either the kids have been sick or myself. But I am doing really good on my eating, so the weight is coming off.
I am going to be ready for spring and on my way to reaching my goal. Nothing is going to stop me now!! Thanks for all the inspiration!

Everyone is doing great!!
Water has become my favorite drink. Funny, huh? I didn't think I would ever be the one to drink water with my meals, but I do now and do not mind at all.
I did have some sweets yesterday, but that is ok. I am learning to eat them without eating them all. I think learning to overcome a bad eating habit is mental. I know when to stop now. That is the difference.
I did get in my exercise yesterday. Haven't done any today, but plan too later. I also think it is funny because I find myself doing toning exercises at work when I have a few minutes available.~*Michelle*~

Great day for me. Didn't excercise though because I will be starting a new 6 week routine come monday so getting ready for that. I have been eatting great AND savings tons of $ from now buying out.
