Monday weigh in 1/14
Today is my official weigh in day, Monday. I wasn't sure what to expect as we had a Valentine Party at work last week and I couldn't resist the cookies, pizza, cupcakes, etc.
Anyway, my loss or gain was 0!
I am still the same as I was last week on Monday. Which is still ok with me! I know this is going to be a slow process so I am not expecting anything drastic. I am taking this one day at a time.
I just can't believe how much water I consume on a daily basis now. This has been a change for the better.~*Michelle*~

I think you're doing really well.
When we've been losing quite a few pounds each week, first starting exercise and eating better it looks great. But our bodies are getting used to it now so the weightloss might slow a little as there's going to be less water loss and more fat loss (hopefully).
I think everyone's learning that it's a general trend towards weightloss and becoming more healthy rather than just focusing on that one point in the week when we step on the scales.
I mean, getting into the routine of drinking water is a HUGE breakthrough, I'm the same I always have a glass to sip on now rather than just having coffee all the time. It's the habits that we get into that make the difference.
