Fat pot
We started a fat pot at work. I am really hoping this will help motivate me. For those of you who have never done one, they are great. Everyone pays $10 to be in it. We have the school nurse keep track, but it could be someone trustworthy with a tight mouth. LOL She keeps a log. Every week we weigh in on Fridays. This will go on for 2 and 1/2 months. Whoever looses the most % of body weightwins the money. We do % of body weight because it is faier that way for people who don't have as much to loose. We are having a 1 and 2 place. First gets 2/3 of the kitty 2=second gets 1/3. Anyway, this is a great way to have many people doing this together. In the past when we have done it it seems like even if you don't "win" everyone wins!
My goal is to loose 15 lbs in that 2 and a half month span. Wish me luck!

I have never heard of that, but I think that would be a fun and motivational way to lose weight.

We could probably expand on this here if anyone wants to do this. Perhaps it will help some of us (me me me) stay motivated and on track since we will be accountable to those involved instead of just ourselves
