    Unhappy Blew it!

    Okay, trying to be really good and eat healthy, did good all day on Sunday, then, right before bed had a candy bar with peanut butter! I can't seem to stop eating!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HELP!

    That's ok!

    I mean it could have been worse (you should have seen the junk I ate at the rugby yesterday - in the snow and we got beat 66 - 8 or something like that).

    The way I am looking at things is that if I'm "good" 80% of the time then the other 20% it's not so bad if I have some chocolate or something like that.

    Everyone deserves to have a bit of what they want sometimes - at least you had eaten healthy food the rest of the day!

    It's a new week, let's see if we can all push on with our new eating habits

    Don't deny yourself the things that you really enjoy. Try to allow yourself at least one treat a day and then resist the temptation to eat more. You can do it!
