Default Down to a size 8!!!

I am so excited to be keeping the weight off and still dropping it too. I am so psyched.

When I first decided I wanted to lose weight, my first thought was it will never happen. Then I said to myself, it will only happen if you make it happen. I have had a postive attitude the whole way through. I haven't given up or gotten down on myself for not losing or for eating something "bad". I just keep moving right along.

Now DH has joined me. He has even lost weight and is looking great!! I am proud of him too!!!

Thursday at school, 2 co-workers "finally" asked what I was doing because they could tell I was losing weight. Then Friday night I ran into a guy from DH's work and was talking to him. I guess he said something to DH because he said that he noticed that I had lost weight. I am just glad someone is noticing!! It sure makes you feel good about it.

This is the smallest I have been in 4 years. I just want to wear a size 6 again and then I will stop trying to lose and just maintain the weight loss. I am in a size 8 now. Not much farther to go.

I know what it takes to lose it and to keep it off now. I wish I would have had this mindset years ago. It also helps when you have a friend that likes to walk with you.

That's excellent, you're doing so well - isn't it a great boost when other people start to see the changes that you can see too.

Well done to DH too - I'm sure you're going to be the best looking couple in town (if you're not already that is )
