Still losing slow and steady!
Well, I just wanted to post an update on my weight loss. Since started my "new lifestyle" at the beginning of this year I've lost 10 pounds. I know that doesn't seem like much to some of you but it does mean so much to me. Because I'm not dieting!! I've just changed my portion sizes, making healthier choices, and exercising. The weight just keeps coming off slowly, like it should. I wish I would have keep track of my inches lost because it seems like it should be more than 10 lbs. My advice to anyone wanting to lose weight is too walk!! If you can start walking you will see results and start feeling good. Then maybe you won't have to eat to feel good! (Speaking from experience) That's just my 2 cents worth. Thanks for all the encouragement!

I agree with your advice of walking. I started walking and it has made a big difference. I bet you continue to lose because you are making good choice for your body.

UPDATE! I am weighing in at 159! Thought I'd never drop below 160. I've been losing about a pound a week. I feel pretty good and I'm so glad I made some changes and lost the weight.

Well done to everyone that's lost weight this week. I weighed myself at MIL's house last night and I am down another couple of lbs - now weighing in at 127lbs!
