This is a neat site. I liked the indoor exercise tips. We do a lot of them here and I hadn't really considered them "exercise", but am glad they are considered exercise. (ie. batting balloons, indoor shooting hoops)
I like to see emphasis on children moving and playing. It seems too many children are sitting on their butts and playing video games.
