    Weight 4/11

    Finally have something to report. I'm at 131 down 3 pounds, but It's taken several weeks and I've been at this weight for over a week now.

    I think I try to do too much all at once, get burned out and go back to my poor eating habits. I've decided to set one weekly food goal and one weekly exercise goal.

    I printed off the meal plans in another post here and looking over them I can see that portion sizes are smaller than what I'm having. I'm going to work on smaller portions especially at supper this week. For exercise I'm concentrating on adding reps to my ab exercises.

    I didn't have any change to report this week. I guess that is better than gaining it back. I was worried about it because DH had us eating late this weekend......right before bedtime.

    Well done for losing the 3 lbs, you must feel great!

    Exercise is very addictive and it is easy to get carried away and overdo it. If you continue to set yourself goals you'll find your own level for food and exercise and feel happy with it.

    (and also well done Mom23boys for staying the same, you're doing so well!)

    Hey everyone. It's been a long time since I've posted. But I've decided that I am going to take off these lbs if it's the last thing I do. So knowing that, I will weigh myself every monday to keep me on track. So as of this week, I am at 143. My goal is 110. So 33lbs to go for me. Hopefully I can do this for the long haul. Wish me luck.
