It's not his first fish, but first fish we got pictures of. In this picture, he is using Gabe's pole which is way too big for him. lol

OMG- how cute!!!!!!!! how old is he? i haven't taken my almost 5 year old fishing yet, he wants to go w/grandpa so badly...LOL

He's 5, but fished with Gabe when he was 4, but hadn't caught anything until this year. He's very good about being careful with the hook (we bait the hook) and can cast his own kiddie pole.Originally posted by justmeD

CJ, I was surprised but he didn't mind tossing his fish back. He understood that they'd die without water and wanted them to be tossed back in asap. I love fishing, but i can't touch the fish. Very allergic to the oils in their skin. So if i go i don't get to go by myself. But that's ok, someday soon when the kids are old enough I hope to get out and take them all fishing.
