    Unhappy Hay Fever

    Just wondering if anyone out there suffers from Hay Fever. I have lost my voice, can't sleep for the constant coughing and my asthma has flaired up.

    Anyone have any ideas for treating this naturally. Herbs, etc???

    Any help at all would be appreciated. I am sure my boyfriend doesn't mind the no voice thing but I can't stand not being able to order from the drive through. lol

    I am suffering from Hay Fever really bad !!
    The Last Week and Half I have felt really terrible I have wanted to do nothing because of the sneezing , the coughing, the headaches, the sore throat, loosing my voice, as well as a very scratchy throat!!
