    Talking I Joined The Gym!

    I have a Medicare HMO which gives me a free membership to the local Health Club. So finally, Thursday, I joined.

    I also get to take a class and I picked Yoga. I'll be starting in the Beginning Yoga for Seniors, lol. That should be slow enough for me.

    The best thing is I will be getting out of the house where I tend to be a recluse and I'll be doing a lot of exercises that will strengthen my back and my arms an legs and I might even lose some weight while I'm doing it.

    Posting this so I will be held accountable for making myself go. Wish me luck.
