    Lightbulb Weight Loss challenge:Pickme ups

    Ok starting a new thread.This one is to gripe and complain and whine and well just for support.Feel free to post anytime you feel down or not with the program and we will all try to pick you up!I'll start

    I am feeling so discouraged.I ave been doing everything i can to loose weight but now all of a sudden it is not coming off.Dunno maybe I need to change my routine.Kinda gets depressing to see the scale not move each week.

    Unhappy I am so down in the dumps because every time I think I might be loosing weight I have

    I am so down in the dumps because every time I think I might be loosing weight I have only gained weight and it seems like I will never loose 5 lbs and keep it off!!

    I am a little down because I have let my self gain 5 pounds. Not that big of a deal, but I knew that when I put that junk food in my mouth that it would add up on the scale. lol

    I am mad at myself for loosing the self control that I once had.

    I just ate 2 candy bars and 5 little cookies! I am such a pig. Will probably gain 3 lbs for my little binge. Why is it that we eat a lb of food and gain 3, how is this fair??? ={

    Ok atleast I'm not alone.I think the biggy for me is sometimes I feel deprived.I will eat so healthy for a whil and just binge on candy or chips.But I have being doing better lately.Scale finaly went down 2 lbs today!!!!!Fight those cravings girls.And remember it does take time to change a habit or lifestyle

    OK guys help!We are going to the beach in 3 weeks.I need to get back on track with my workout.It is getting harder everyday since ds won't let me out of his site.

    I know what you mean Amanda about you son not letting you out of his sight..only it's my dd..

    This morning was ok..I set her next to me and she was enternained a while watching denise austin ..then when she wanted me I handed her a one pound weight which entertained her some more

    Other times I try to coordinate my workouts with her naps, or if she is eating in her walker I'll use that as a time to work out..

    or if she's playing by herself I'll at least start lifting weights to some energetic music for as long as she'll let me and do that throughout the day

    Woohoo guess its working I went to the dr yesterday and weighed 138lbs!!!This time last year I weighed 180 and when I had ds I weighed 204!!
